Things a driver must have to use a public road.

As a driver, there are things you cannot do without if you want to be allowed to use the public roads without getting into trouble with the traffic officers, and these are for instance the driving certificates. Starting with the drivers licence, all these are a necessity because they show a lot about the driver. A licence for instance is an indication that the driver is fully qualified to drive through training. We have an MOT certificate for instance, an insurance cover and a road tax disc. All these are a must have for all drivers. In case a driver misses out a tax disc for instance, thy will not be able to convince the authorities that they have been paying their car tax on time or even paying the money at all. This is what shows how you have been paying the tax and it should be displayed on the car for easier access to the traffic offices as they do their check outs on the roads. You can not convince the traffic people that you know traffic rules either without an MOT certificate.
