Unlike was the case before where the whether would be predictable, today, one can only make unreliable predictions since the change of weather keeps fluctuating year after the other. At some point, it is very cold that heavy wearing alone may not be a solution to the cold. And a some point, it is very hot that one would wish to walk in the streets with no clothes on. But the very old and the very young need proper care that may enable them to overcome too much cold that usually follows with severe diseases such as anemia. The most appropriate way that has helped many to avoid the cold is by using heaters to regulate the temperature of rooms. And like governments offer grants to the needy in the society, the same is expected from them in offering grant for heating that would help reduce such kind of diseases that reduce the life span of the young and the old ones i the society. This step may seem petty yet so vital in the lives of many.
