When working at a regular job, some people already find it hard to save money due to all of their expenses. This is even more true for disabled people who do not earn a lot of money. Since they are disabled, they will need special needs that would of course require additional money. Relying on a small salary will get them nowhere and they might have to work until they are really old just to save up enough money to support themselves. In order to help these people, ticket to work jobs are made available for disabled people who need help earning money. This is a program that will provide disabled people with the opportunity to earn some extra cash when they are able to obtain a job. With this extra money, they will be able to save more money thus they would also be able to retire earlier which is a very big help to them as they would have a harder time working when they are already older.
